Pre-Order Policy
As soon as a manufacturer announces a new item and gives us the go ahead, we will list it for presale with an expected arrival date. Pre-orders means we are taking advanced orders for the item. It has either not been released or has not yet arrived at our warehouse.
Pre-Orders will be charged in full at time of purchase and will ship in a future date.
Pre-Order delays are very common due to many unforeseen events for example factory issues or transportation delays. Please check our shipping schedule to see if your pre-order will arrive late this is the link https://www.themightyhobby.com/collections/coming-soon-shipping-schedule. You may contact us as well to get an update on your order by emailing us at support@themightyhobby.com or using our chat service. Pre-orders at times can take over a year to arrive and have it dispatched to you. Manufacturing and any other delays are out of our control. Please note: We recommend placing all in-stock and pre-order items in separate orders, as orders will not be shipped until all items are available.
Pre-orders are charged in full when your order is placed. This means your items are shipped first when they arrives in the warehouse.
If you order in stock and pre-order items or pre-order items that are not released at the same time then your order will ship once ALL items are in stock.
If a cancellation request is submitted, we will ship items we have available and refund items that are not in stock.
All order cancellations are subject to a 25% cancellation fee.
The estimated shipping date will be stated in the title of the item. This date is an estimate from the manufacturer and is subject to change.
By placing a pre-order with The Mighty HOBBY Shop you agree to the terms and conditions stated above.
Cancellation Policy
We will not cancel and refund any order. If you need an order canceled and refunded, please email us at support@themightyhobby.com. We will not cancel pre-orders because we don't know if you have the same bank/card information. If you don't have the same bank/card information, please let us know before asking for a refund, and we can issue a refund via PayPal or The Mighty Hobby Shop gift card.
All sales for in-stock items are final and cannot be canceled once your order is submitted. If you want to cancel an order and some items are in stock, we will ship the in-stock items and refund accordingly.
ALL cancelled orders are subject to a 25% cancellation fee.
Please review your purchase before submitting your order to ensure quantities ordered or sizes of clothing are correct. We are not able to update quantities, add or remove items.
QUANTITY LIMITS
We reserve the right to limit quantities.
Products may be limited per order, per person or household, or to orders that use the same credit card, billing and/or shipping address, or share any other order attribute.
Orders found to exceed the limit placed on an item may be canceled after the order is placed. If an order is canceled, a pending charge may appear on your statement, which will reverse within 3-7 business days, however this timeframe can vary depending on the financial institution.
Those who use multiple email addresses, manipulate shipping addresses, place multiple, excessive orders of the same product, or try and bypass our product limits in any other way may have all orders canceled and/or be blocked from making future purchases.
BULK PURCHASES
THE MIGHTY HOBBY SHOP reserves the right to restrict, limit, cancel or alter orders and the terms of purchase and return applicable to Bulk Purchases. The term “Bulk Purchases” is defined as purchases made for resale and/or purchases of greater than six (6) items.
Promotions or promotional coupon codes may not apply to Bulk Purchases. Bulk Purchases are not eligible for free shipping offers.
A shipping surcharge may be applied to bulk purchases.

Returns Policy
We do not accept returns and exchanges
If you receive an item not in the condition advertised please send us photos by e-mail to support@themightyhobby.com. All claims must be notified within 5 days of receipt of the product
Refunds. The Mighty Hobby does not take title to returned Products, and risk of loss does not pass to The Mighty Hobby, until the Product is received by The Mighty Hobby. Unless otherwise agreed by The Mighty Hobby, you are responsible for filing any claims with carriers for damaged and/or lost return shipments. Once the Product has been returned to The Mighty Hobby in accordance with this Returns Policy (as defined below) and the return has been received and processed by The Mighty Hobby, The Mighty Hobby will issue a refund to the original payment method used to purchase the Product for the full amount of the original purchase price (including any associated sales tax), minus, the shipping and handling costs incurred by The Mighty Hobby in connection with your Return Claim and any applicable restocking fees. For items given or received as a gift, Funko is only able to issue a refund to the payment method used by the original purchaser. Unless prohibited by law, any shipping and handling charges paid for the original purchase will not be refunded.
Exchanges. The Mighty Hobby does not currently permit exchanges of any Products.
