- How Do Pre-orders Work?
Please note that your order will only ship complete when all items are in stock. We recommend placing multiple orders if you want items to ship as they become available. We are collectors and we know how important it is to receive your collectibles as mint as possible, all orders will be packed professionally to avoid damage to display box.
- All Pre-Orders will be charged in full during checkout at the time the order is placed to reserve your order and verify payment. If you combine in-stock and Pre-Order items, your order will not ship until all items are in-stock. We recommend placing separate orders for in-stock items and Pre-Order items or for pre-orders with different release dates. We are not responsible for manufacturer delays and provide the most up to date information we have as to estimated ship dates. All Pre-orders are subject to availability. The product is shipped immediately upon receipt from the manufacturer. We cannot be responsible for manufacturer delays, all cancelled orders will incur a 15% cancellation fee. Any orders we are unable to fulfill will be issued a full refund.
