If you combine in-stock and Pre-Order items, your order will not ship until all items are in-stock. We recommend placing separate orders for in-stock items and Pre-Order items or for pre-orders with different release dates. We are not responsible for manufacturer delays and provide the most up to date information we have as to estimated ship dates. All Pre-orders are subject to availability. The product is shipped immediately upon receipt from the manufacturer. We cannot be responsible for manufacturer delays, all cancelled orders will incur a 15% cancellation fee. Any orders we are unable to fulfill will be issued a full refund.
Returns, Exchanges & Cancellations
Returns will be accepted within 30 days of delivery, items noted as non returnable cannot be returned. If you receive a damaged item send us photos by e-mail to support@themightyhobby.com. Claims must be submitted within 5 days of delivery. Cancelled orders will incur a 15% cancellation fee.
