How Do Pre-orders Work?
All Pre-Orders will be charged in full during checkout at the time the order is placed to reserve your order and verify payment. If you combine in-stock and Pre-Order items, your order will not ship until all items are in-stock. We recommend placing separate orders for in-stock items and Pre-Order items or for pre-orders with different release dates. If you have an account with us we will condense shipments if possible. if you need to ship to a different address please checkout as guest. We are not responsible for manufacturer delays and provide the most up to date information we have as to estimated ship dates. All Pre-orders are subject to availability. The product is shipped immediately upon receipt from the manufacturer. We cannot be responsible for manufacturer delays, all cancelled orders will incur a 15% cancellation fee. Any orders we are unable to fulfill will be issued a full refund.
